These guys were great! I called before lunch looking for someone to duplicate a remote entry car key. Not only could they do it for much less than the dealership, they could come to my house AND do it in about two hours! Great, polite service. Highly recommend!

Ben was amazing! We called him on a Saturday afternoon and he came within the hour! That's speedy service for you. Ben was also very knowledgeable and friendly. There's good warranty in his work and prices are very reasonable. We are extremely satisfied with his work!

Worst experience ever!!!! Spoke to the actual tech he convinced me that he would 100% be there at a specific time. Never showed. Called and called and got stood up 3 times, always told they were gonna call back to check on technician. No calls back. Waist of time they should pay me for my time. Or offer free service. Worst of the worst. LAMES. Whatever happened to doing what you say you're gonna do? Why lie? Must of been born a little too slow so maybe I should chill. Nah they suck they're lame and waisted a Friday night. Thanks for nothing. God I wanna really lay some hate but.....

Yagi came to re-key a front gate as key was stolen. Answered promptly, gave estimate of range of cost and came out within a hour and on time! Provided duplicate keys on the spot and tested each one. Yagi is easy to work with, a good communicator who provides professional service for a very reasonable price. Entered this company number into my phone for future jobs. No need to look elsewhere for an excellent lock company!
